I was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. With a degree in Graphic Design from Louisiana State University, beautiful layouts, typography and hand lettering have always been elements that I’ve been drawn to and have a passion for. I took up Calligraphy as a hobby in 2009, and have not been able to put the pen and ink down since. After working at a media design agency for 6 years, I made the career choice to permanently trade in my lap top computer and take on calligraphy full time!

I am a member of of IAMPETH (International Association of Master Penmen, Engrossers and Teachers of Handwriting), and NOLAA (New Orleans Lettering Arts Association). I continue my education by participating in workshops to learn new techniques, styles and to grow and be inspired.

I average about 40 to 50 weddings/events a year, working with brides and grooms from all over the country. My work has been featured on several wedding sites and blogs, including Greys Likes Weddings and Style Me Pretty. Along with addressing envelopes, I also design custom invitations, place cards, signature drink menus, wedding dinner menus, seating charts, custom return address stamps  and custom chalkboard art. I am versatile and creative, and would love to design anything custom for your wedding or special event.
